RSAT tools missing after Window 10 1809 upgrade

Recently, I was quite surprised that after upgrading my system to version 1809 my RSAT tools are missing. Just empty place holders were left. End of support for Windows 8.1 and RT without KB2919355

Today is the last day of support for Windows 8.1 systems as well as Windows RT 8.1 that does not have KB2919355 update installed. Microsoft announced this earlier this year. MediaTek(Ralink) MT7630E drops connection after installing KB2868725

Well, after deploying and patching our brand new HP Laptops equipped with WIFI adapter: MediaTek (Ralink) MT7630E started to drop connection and finally wouldn't connect at all. Problematic update switches off RC4 algorithm in Windows 7, thus braking the WIFI. Solution is simple, don't install it or uninstall if you have problems. Link to KB
